A different way to retreat.

Our 2024 Retreat Calendar

We facilitate restorative outdoor experiences for Black men (ages 18+). Our 4-day, 3-night restorative outdoor retreats give you a chance to put down your responsibilities for a moment and just be, just breathe, while connecting to nature, building brotherhood, and investing in your growth.

Our retreat schedule for 2024:

  • Camp Menogyn (Boundary Waters, Minnesota)

    • March 1-4, 2024

  • Greater Boston Area

    • May 9-12, 2024

  • North Cascades (Washington State)

    • August 22-25, 2024

  • Big Bend National Park (Texas)

    • November 14-17, 2024

Our Model: Four Levels of Restorative Connection

  • Rest

We want to provide a space where you can just take a break and take a breath. You carry a ton of responsibility in your daily lives, so having a couple of days where you are taken care of, can sleep, and eat good food is a WIN in our books.

  • Outdoors & Nature

Have you ever wanted to try something new outdoors? With us, you’re bound to get into a new adventure.

A connection to the outdoors and nature provide an environment that supports challenge, reflection, bonding, physical health, and intros to new activities.

  • Brotherhood & Community

    We’re in this together.

When you step into a restorative retreat with us, you’re linking with like-minded brothers, Black men who are on the same journey and want to do whatever they can to connect with you and support.

  • Personal Development & Mental Health

    We all need coaches.

We bring guides and mental health professionals to help you understand what got you here, and then get tools to restore the best version of you.

“These retreats opened me up to being more active, to doing more new things outside in nature. Now I’m home searching for places to go and explore.”

Boyz Participant

“I learned this weekend how much healthier I can be. How much healing I have in front of me. I’m looking forward to the journey. Even more so I’m looking forward to not taking the journey alone. Thankful to my newfound brothers.”
